The Kroc Center will be following all local & state guidelines as it comes to the COVID-19 virus. Below are some of the steps we are taking within our facility to help keep our members, guests, and staff safe. Some areas of our facility, member/guest offerings, and programming may be affected during this time.
Wellness Screening: Before each entry, all visitors are required to stop at the Aloha Desk attendant, go through the wellness screening, and sanitize their hands. Seniors and members of vulnerable populations, including those with underlying health conditions, are encouraged to take extra caution.
Face Masks: Please wear a mask over your nose and mouth during your entire visit to The Kroc Center—including lounging on the Aquatics deck, sitting in the Courtyard, exercising indoors, or exercising outdoors if within 6-feet of another person. Masks are not required while actively swimming, during outdoor exercise if physical distancing of 6-feet is observed, while actively eating or drinking, for children under age 5, or for those who have medical conditions.
Designed for Social Distance: All areas inside The Kroc have been redesigned, where possible, to assist with social distancing between members and staff.
Stay Home if You’re Sick: Members, visitors, and staff should stay home if they don’t feel well. If you answer yes to any of the following you should stay home:
• Do you have a fever, cough, shortness of breath, chills or sneezing?
• Have you had any contact with a person known to be infected with COVID-19 in the past 14 days?
Equipment: Bring your own water bottle, towel, and exercise mat.
Cleaning Equipment: Continue to wipe down equipment with the provided cleaner and paper towels located at the disinfecting stations before and after your workout.
Shared Amenities Temporarily Unavailable: Water fountains and exercise mats are not available for use at this time.
Locker Rooms: Please come dressed for your activity. For your safety, showers and men's & women's locker rooms are temporarily unavailable. Restrooms are open. Family locker rooms (FLR) will be available starting March 8. Members can request access from Aquatics, Health & Wellness or Member Services staff. FLR will remain locked while not in use.

The City & County of Honolulu has moved into Tier 3 of the CIty's Reopening Strategy. In response, the Kroc Center will implement the following changes:
Member Capacity (effective immediately:
Member Time Blocks (effective March 1): 90-minute time blocks for Aquatic Center, Fitness Center & FitGO Zone will be eliminated and we will transition to longer open swim or open workout time slots with deep cleaning scheduled periodically during the day. Specific time slots by department can be view on our March Schedule.
Family Locker Rooms (effective March 8): Family locker rooms (FLR) will be available for member use. Members can request access from Aquatics, Health & Wellness or Member Services staff. FLR will remain locked while not in use.
Kroc Dance Academy & Ha'a Hula In-Person Classes (effective March 8): Class capacity will increase to (9) participants per (1) instructor. Hybrid model classes continue to be available for those preferring to participate from home,
