Health & Wellness

Better health leads to a better you. Our Health & Wellness Center is available to all members—youth, adult, and kupuna—for strength, cardio, endurance, flexibility, and agility training. Additional training classes, like equipment instruction and developing a proper workout routine, are also available to help you get the most out of your workout. Classes focusing on basic sports skills, endurance, and fitness are also available for youth.

Group Exercise Classes

Drop-in group fitness classes are a perfect way to learn a new skill, make friends, or improve your fitness. Now offering a variety of activities, including water aerobics, zumba, cycle, bodypump, and yoga. Class times and offerings are subject to change.

Most group fitness classes are available to members at no charge, and to guest pass visitors and non-members for a nominal fee.

Aqua Group Exercise Classes

Aquatic Group Exercise classes are fun and easy on joints and muscles. Unless otherwise noted, the minimum age for aquatic group exercise classes is 12–15 years with an adult, and 16+ without an adult.

Group Exercise classes are free for members. Individual class passes are available for non-members and are available for purchase at Member Services Desk.

Athletics Gymnasium

The Athletics Center has plenty of spacious court space for you to enjoy basketball, volleyball, and many other activities. Open Sports Court is free to members.

GROUP FITNESS SCHEDULE

Personal Training

Regardless of exercise experience, anyone can benefit from a personal trainer’s knowledge. Our certified trainers will help you set and reach short and long-term goals. Work one-on-one or in a small group.

Program Overview:
The first appointment with your trainer typically consists of body composition testing and a mini-workout. Follow-up appointments are recommended to keep your body progressing toward your goals.
