How old does my child need to be to attend KKLC?
Kroc Keiki Learning Center is a licensed group care center & preschool for children ages 2–5.

Does my child have to be toilet trained?
Students ages 2–3 are not required to be toilet trained.

When is your enrollment period?
We offer a year-round program with continuous enrollment, space permitting.

How do I enroll my child?
Bring your completed KKLC Application for Enrollment and $50 non-refundable application fee to our office OR mail them to us at: Kroc Keiki Learning Center, 91-3257 Kualaka'i Parkway, Ewa Beach, HI 96706. When completing the application, please indicate the school year (SY) on the top of the Application for Enrollment. Please note: submitting an application does not guarantee a spot. Once accepted, you will be notified and the KKLC office will send you a full enrollment packet.

Can I enroll my child for multiple school years at one time?
Yes! Follow the above instructions for each school year you are interested in. A separate application fee + enrollment form is required for each school year.

Does your program have a religious component?
Yes! We are a Christian preschool. Your child's spiritual development is fostered through unconditional love and support they receive from our staff though prayers, songs and stories and recognition of creation and God's blessings. We also have weekly chapel, which includes short stories, songs, and prayer.

Are there extracurricular activities?
During the typical school year, KKLC students attend off-site field trips and enjoy swim days at the Kroc pool. 

My child is currently enrolled at KKLC. How do I make a payment?
Prior to enrollment, the Payment Information and Credit Card Payment Authorization Forms must be completed. Changes to automatic payment must be submitted by the 10th of the month to be effective for the following month’s auto payment.
If tuition does not process on the credit card on file, it is the responsibility of the family to make arrangements to pay the tuition fee prior to the 1st of the month. Payments can be made on or before the 30th/31st of the month at the Member Services Desk.

What if I decide that I need to withdraw my child?
Sixty (60) days written notice is required prior to the withdrawal of a child from the program.

What if I am late to pick up my child?
Parents are required to pick up their child no later than 5PM, based on the classroom clock. A late fee will be assessed of $10 for every ten (10) minutes, or portion thereof, that the child is picked up from the preschool after 5PM. The fee is to be paid directly to The Salvation Army Kroc Center Hawaii at the time the child is picked up.
