Application Intake Dates:
October 23–25, 9am–12pm
November 3, 6–8pm
Verification Documents Required at Intake:
- Birth certificate or shot records for your children age 12 and under and proof of guardianship
- Photo I.D.
- Proof of Address • Families applying at the Kroc Center must live on the West side: Aiea to Waianae Coast; Mililani to North Shore–Sunset
- Proof of Income
- Kupuna 55+: Must bring Photo I.D., Proof of Address, and Proof of Income
