Meet Our Executive Leadership Team

The Kroc Center is more than a building; it's a community driven by a shared vision. Get to know the executive team who passionately leads our mission to provide a place of hope, belonging, and inspiration for the entire 'ohana.

Our Leadership Structure

Kroc Center Hawaii is led by our Corps Officers, ordained pastors appointed by The Salvation Army. They serve as both the senior pastors of our church congregation and the executive directors of the entire Center. This dual role allows them to provide both spiritual guidance and executive leadership for all of our operations.

Working alongside our Corps Officers is our director team, including our Center Director, Director of Operations, and Director of Programs. Together, they ensure the facility is run smoothly and safely, and that we consistently delivery diverse, high-quality programs to our community.

Major Darren and Major Mary were appointed Corps Officers of the Kroc Center Hawai'i in July 2025. With 29+ years of experience as Salvation Army leaders, they've served in Oregon and across California. They first met while working at a summer camp in Portland, Oregon—he, a London native with a background in finance, and she, a registered nurse from California. They were married in Oregon and have four children, a son-in-law, a daughter-in-law, and three grandchildren (whom they adore!).
